DESCRIZIONE
\1 knotted carpet of Turkmen origins historically worked by the Yomud tribes, near the Caspian Sea. Weft and fleece in wool, it was produced at the end of the 8B0 years. The density of the knots is medium. The tradition of these artifacts is very present in this carpet thanks to the tonal variations of the red which together with the repetition of the central ornaments characterize and differentiate it.
This rug is hand knotted and therefore there may be slight differences in shape, thickness and pattern. This is particularly noticeable in rural and nomadic carpets. The slight imperfections of these hand-made artifacts increase their value and attest to the craftsmanship of the workmanship.
