DESCRIZIONE
Rectangular carpet hand-knotted in Afghanistan in the area of Baluchistan, thanks to the use of Berber looms once used by women of the nomadic tribes of Morocco. Generally these artifacts were usually very large in size, because they were used as a floor for Berber tents. Over the centuries, the softness of untreated wool has made it the best solution for sleeping and for covering yourself from the harsh cold of the desert. Out of production.
This rug is hand knotted and therefore there may be slight differences in shape, thickness and pattern. This is particularly noticeable in rural and nomadic carpets. The slight imperfections of these hand-made artifacts increase their value and attest to the craftsmanship of the workmanship. Accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. Periodic professional cleaning is recommended.
